Are you asking about weekend warriors, or those competing at a high level?


For a weekend warrior - which I'm assuming applies to most of this crowd - the biggest challenge is just getting back off your butt and establishing a workout routine again, and getting back to participating in whatever sports you were before. If you feel like you're not back 100%, it's more likely due to that extra 30lbs you put on while you were injured.
