Never a 100% (although rehab goes a long way), yes you think about it and


know your limitations..I have been wreckless most of my life so I have had dozens of knee injuries and 3 acl replacements (2 on left knee, 1 right knee)..I can tell you what not to do. I currently need acl replacements on both knees but doubt I will ever have them done again.
