Replacing hot water heater

Replacing a 50G very old hot water heater with a tankless one. I also have to have all of the draining redone as well as the ventilation to put it up to code.

They also have to put in a French drain for the tankless heater. So in all redo all of the water inputs, replace valves, and redo all of the draining.
And venitlation including the vent in the roof How much should this cost {ballpark}.
