Sliced my head on another sled's metal runner.

We sled on the road. Put a lookout at the top of the hill who would yell "CAR!!" and everyone would pick our sleds up, move to the side of the road and give the driver the stink eye for ruining our slope as he drove past. So in one pile up at the bottom I ran into the metal runner of an overturned sled. Put my hand up there, blood! OMG I have to go home. Trudged the 4 blocks home, walked into the kitchen where my mom was making dinner and yelled MOM! I'm bleeding. She took one look at it and said, "so you are..you'll be all right" and went back to making the gravy.
