US Passport
Birth certificate with mother's name, of course, on it
Social Security Card
High school picture ID
mother's ID with same address and name as certain docs above

Do you think that was enough?

No, she was missing a piece of "junk mail". You mean she needs a piece of trash that had the applicant's parents name misspelled on it? Best it was my wife there, I would have lost my shirt and been THAT guy in the DMV.
