Had 2 York systems in the house when It was built in 94. Lasted for 17 yrs

and would have been longer if the pan under the evaporator hadn't rusted out on one or them. Decided to replace them both at that point. Now have a 3 ton upstairs and 4 ton downstairs, both Rheem units. Just had the fan motor replaced in one of the condenser units. Expensive. $518.
Kept the old motor and will probably have new bearings pressed on the shaft in case the other one goes out too.
