I think the extreme cold had something to do with it.


an abnormal amount of water was condensing in the exhaust line because the exhaust pipe was cooling off much more than normal. This could be due to a leak around the exit point of your forced-air exhaust, or because cold air was drawn in through the exhaust as heat escaped out your house through vents above.
