Does a ROKU stick entail monthly fees after purchase?

And if not, which ROKU stick would you recommend. I have a Sony Bravia model XBR55X810C "Smart TV".

I want to investigate streaming You Tube TV in lieu of cable. I realize I'll still need Comcast internet. I haven't figured out how to add You Tube TV app to my TV for a test run.
