Link below. Better than any of the jarred stuff. Skip the chicken breasts and go with bone in thighs, lamb shoulder chops, and boneless pork ribs, the ones that are kinda half white and half dark meat. Marinade in something citrusy and then baste with this on the grill.

Thank me after dinner but don't curse me the next morning. Can burn both ends...
