Joe Lee will be 165 post Joseph, Starocci probably 174 post Hall and Brooks is definitely the 184. Manville either transfers or is just a career back up.

Penn St doesn’t have any clear 197 options right now so them going after Conel makes sense. They have a couple of pretty tough guys in the 197 range, but nothing that’s really imposing.

It will be interesting how he makes his decision. Being an underdog he might like that stigma and join an underdog team on the verge. He might also see an opportunity to go from rags to riches and join Penn St. As much as I hate all the top guys going to the same places, I get it and don’t fault them one bit.
