I think they’d like it to start 2020/21

By Penn St standards I don’t think Beard is ready quite yet. He’s definitely good, but he needs a year. Any other program would be happy with him going right away and scoring a few wins at NCAAs, but Penn St wants the most out of the four years they get and can afford to wait for some guys.
