Just "spit-balling," but I would ask what certifications she'll receive (or can receive), and their job placement statistics. I would also ask what FAA certifications she'll need to apply for those jobs.

My guess is:
- Helicopter Land
- Helicopter Instrument
- Commercial Certificate.
Don't think those jobs require a multi-engine ticket or ATP.
- while she's there, would also get a single engine land and single engine instrument rating. Not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if they start her off in a small fixed wing aircraft to get her initial qualifications before moving on to helicopters. Those are a lot cheaper to fly.

Would guess the schools sponsor FAA examinations. For military fliers, we needed to take our FAA tests within 1 year of our check rides. There are also "study guides" out there, and I highly recommend she study that before taking the FAA exams.

It might be a good idea if she visits your local medical helicopter evac company and talk to their pilots. They should be able to provide all of the questions you need to ask the schools. (Would also guess 90%+ are former military pilots.)
