I'm not sure what to think of this season. We have a good team, with 9 or


10 guys going to nationals, and we are looking at a likely top 15 finish. However, we lost a ton of duals and didn't get our three peat. Then again this is pretty clearly the best season of ACC wrestling ever. It isn't like previous years before NC State got good where we could be a top 15 team and still curbstomp the rest of the conference. As far as building for the future, this is a pretty senior laden team. I haven't looked into recruiting as much as I have in the past, but it does seem like the class is good so who knows what next year brings. One downside I keep coming back to though is how gassed our guys look late in matches. Under Dresser we always seemed to have more in the tank than the other guy. I'm not sure why that has changed, but I hope it gets fixed.
