I think our players have those qualities but are young

My point was if anyone thinks this staff lacks ability to motivate, & have mentally tough players, that’s out of place & it’s not on the coaches. I don’t think we’re soft or mentally weak, I just think we’re playing a lot of talented, more mature baseball teams in the ACC. We’ll get there. I like what Szefc has done so far, just need to break through and win series vs middle to upper half teams in ACC
