Gator is correct

The show requires attention because there are dozens of characters and their names all weird, except John Snow. Plus, all the kingdoms are made up names so you don't get the normal grounding of a place being LA or Chicago, for example.

The show requires a lot of attention otherwise you have no idea which kingdom people are talking about.
