I could see the mild winter... but the wet weather? Hmmm...


wonder if there is something biologically that makes snakes have one extra offspring when humidity levels are consistently higher.... or, maybe there is a larger population of mice, because THEY ate better during the wet, warmer months, and with a larger food supply, snakes are more likely to have more baby snakes and those baby snakes are more likely to live. Just thinking out loud.
