of small cervices for the snake to slither into. For us, that's our master bathroom. They like tight spaces so if you let them lose, they will seek them out. Master bath we can let him on the floor, close all the doors and he just slithers around. Random side note, he loves the grout when getting ready to shed because he can rub his head on it to get the first split started.

I think the larger snake has been good because you can hold him without him squirming out easily. he likes to wrap around your arms like it's a tree but doesn't constrict strong enough to cutoff blood flow or anything. 5 1/2 feet is long but not "big" necessarily. Very different from a ball python type snake that will get longer and massive in terms of weight. I can wrap him around one arm and walk around.

My wife likes to take him to the bus stop. Kids get excited and come running and their parents usually move to the other side of the street. But we have converted a few that have historically been afraid because he is so chill and not intimidating.

He will wrap on my arms and just chill while I watch TV - or take selfies!
