My neighbor owns onegreat guy/family and incredibly hard worker.

We tip them like crazy when we go in there and he usually helps us out with part of the tab...but with all tipping, IMHO, if the show/food/service is good show them you care through a tip. An extra dollar or % to someone making tips goes a long way.
