Hibachi is great, I usually never have cash on me so I just tip on the bill

The waiters at the place I go to pretty much just take the order and refill your water glass so I’m assuming the chef providing the entertainment is getting a decent portion of that tip, at least I hope, otherwise I would definitely tip the hibachi chef cash for sure. I go once every other month or so and my usual guy is always rock solid.
