Normally, on screen violence is something I handle well. I guess seeing

so much of it numbs you to it.

But 2 movies scared me, not because I could see the gory scenes, but just how WELL they did at getting you into the moment, and me thinking "Holy Bleep!! How are these guys charging INTO THAT!?!"

Those 2 movies were several battle scenes in "Glory" and then D-Day in "Saving Private Ryan". Absolutely chilling.
