Now, having said that, the preppie look was pretty common at school...


including VT although at least in my circle, I mean, it's really work clothes for places that you can dress down. Also kind of seeing them as blue jean like when jeans are too warm, too tight something something so maybe in your 30's when you don't have to be hip anymore? Had pairs my entire life, but again, days where you were being practical and didn't want to put too much thought into dressing for work, or running around.

Retired now, live in shorts and shirts, T's and polos most of the time. Fall? Maybe khackies.
