I can tell you are not a fan of police. Since my brother is a cop, i will be nice.
There are instances of police doing things they shouldnt. But it is moronic to say its routine or a systemic issue.
Cops shooting innocent unarmed people, espically people of color, is extremely rare. But, yes, every single one of those incidents will make national news for weeks or years. Also, some (who i believe) that have an agenda or narative to push will not see the events that cause the escalation. I am so thankful for body cams because they have helped to clear many officers of false accusations.
And im sorry, but i dont have very much room for sympathy when a police are called to a scene, have someone who refuses to stop or follow commands, agressively comes at officers while reaching in the pockets. Youre gonna get shot! But yesn there will be those that will call the cops bad because the poor sweet kid only had a phone. Idiots will fall,for the "hands up dont shoot" bullshit.
