I've thought they should look at Nevada and Idaho for a while now.

My question for Nevada is should they do both UNLV and UNReno? or just 1. Then when you look at Nevada, it's really 2 regions (Lake Tahoe/Carson City/Reno vs Las Vegas). And Nevada right now has a larger population than Arizona did when the PAC12 added Arizona/Arizona State.

Then Boise State is a no brainer. They could then do Hawaii as football only with partial schedule in other stuff. The travel is workable for football and a handful of weekend games for other stuff.

These don't get them east coast visibility. They solidify them in the West however. The approach Larry Scott took to Television has cost them in the east. They need to get with a network that puts them on at 3:30 and 7:30 eastern. And they need a network partner for their PAC12 Networks.
