Swofford has announced many times that if all of the distributors and cable companies hold out until Disney forces them to sign up due to contract renewal dates, it will take 3 years to get ACCN onto all of them. None of them will reject Disney. I don't think too many will hold out.

John Swofford's job was to get Disney to take on the Challenge. And in that we have success. The reason we had to wait 3 years from when it was announced was because Disney wasn't in a position to make it happen. Now they are.
