He used to work for Warner Brothers as well, doing cartoons


I don't know if he was ever on any Looney Tunes that we'd recognize, but he did some WW 2 stuff that the War Department commissioned from Warner Brothers.

We have a variety of "Classic Looney Tunes" dvds that have a lot of behind the scenes and/or history info on them. Ted Geisel did a number of "Private Snafu" pieces and one was "Loose Lips Sink Ships". The behind the scenes even pointed out that you should listen to the dialogue as it's very Dr. Seuss-y.

YouTube linked. VERY MUCH NOT PC for today as the German and Japanese spies are portrayed in a very stereotypical way. But it was WW2 and that's how it was done 75 years ago.
