Rental properties comes after work trucks

This isn’t a negative statement on people who have those jobs. It’s only an observation. When you see the work trucks sprout up, it means the people who are hustling in those associated jobs now make enough money to buy into the neighborhood. That spreads, and then later you see the rentals as people with a lot of money move out and up, leaving the neighborhood to the next set of climbers.
