I used to be a big supporter of Southwest Airlines. No more. Last 3

flights that our family has been on have been very unpleasant.

In Feb, I was on a plane to Jackson, MS. Plane got out to end of runway, and we had to go back to the gate.

In June, daughter was flying from N.O. and her flight was canceled because they discovered that the plane "didn't pass inspection" and had to go back to gate.

Tonight, my wife is coming in from Dallas and they got out to runway and had to go back due to Equipment failure.

This is BS.
