Seconded. Kind of.

While my last business trip got thoroughly hosed by United, I can say all of the United employees I had to deal with did their darndest to be pleasant and helpful.

I still had a delayed flight, a missed connection, and got home a day late. But the employees did the best they could given all the cascading delays that were going on that day.
