I haven't needed a cellular version, so I really haven't paid attention to it. When this watch dies, I doubt I'll buy the cellular version of the next one either.

One of the reasons, other than I'm a cheapskate who doesn't want to pay even more money to ATT for another line just for my watch, is that the watch screen is just too small to use. Some like it, but it's just not for me. Now if the watch allowed me to use my current cell phone plan without any additional charges, I might pay extra for a cellular capable Apple Watch.
