You're talking to a computer, so yeah, someone needs to write

a better computer program.

Like Photo below, I go out and buy a brand new car and in about six months I get advertising to buy the exact same car.

So what's happening is I buy car, get entered into an advertising database for the first time but not the information that I bought a car. It's duty is to send me sales literature. So yeah, they probably created a new database - OK,good - were too lazy to bring the data over from the access database they've used the past 20 years so voila! you're a new guy!
