But maybe we haven’t seen all of the video. The little clip we saw showed him with 3 different drinks in his hand. Is there more video? Did he drive himself home after these beers? 3 bud lights isn’t going to make him fail a breathalyzer but how many other drinks did he have? That might be worth investigating. I remember a professor I had in school in the 80’s claiming statistically the higher a person is educated the greater the chance of them being an alcoholic. I’ve no idea if that’s true but I’ve never forgotten his statement.
