I'm interested to better understand the science of that...


The out of the box, quick cooking chili recipes from McCormick, let's say, are generally pretty good IMO. Easy to cook. I made a lot of that in college even, thought I was really doing something!

Now, if I were to make chili, I'd probably just do the same thing but I know it's something that people slow cook for an entire day. So you're saying it really make a difference?

Everyone, give me your batch recipe and instructions and I'll really put this to the test.
