What a woke take. If it ticks the woke crowd off, then I'm all for it.


The racial element seems stupid to me. The gender element is obviously true. With the woke crowd, traditional gender double standards are an awful thing because they naively think males and females are the exact same, when they're not.

The following is the most stupid take I've ever heard:

"Because if a black woman was kissing an almost all-white football team of college-aged young men on the lips or cheek before each game, it would be a national story."

Nobody would give a crap. Why would the angle be as a national story?

With all that said, sure, I think it's a little strange. Hugs typically suffice in modern day sweet greetings! But I'm all for it because it ticks off this woke dude. Then again, this will probably be the most viewed writing he ever has so it benefits him, which makes me wonder if his hot woke take is even real.
