Johnny on the spot back office 'Richard' says, that his system says that I used my gift card and that they can't credit it back....Hey Richard, the point of me complaining is that your clerk had the proof and your system is wrong....Richard, where did that paper go? Richard, "I can't give that back to you...." Then credit me my f'ng money back.... Sorry "Pound sand".... his literal words. I was there with my boys, so I decided against going to jail by aggravated assault. Moral of story... DON'T SHOP AT BEST BUY.... Sorry this story brought back the stress of that interchange with "Richard".....
