what I look for in reffing is consistency on both ends and consistency both halves. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) was consistency within the crew. Lastly, I hate it when refs make calls that weren't theirs to make (i.e., ref on baseline making call on guard play above the arc). That's why Teddy drives me crazy.
The crew yesterday was actually above average. Unfortunately, that's because of a very low bar.
