IMHO, Keely was our #1 pitcher by the last third of the season.
Carrie wanted to go to a grad school that had the degree she was looking for. Tech didn't have it. The only thing that bothered me was that Carrie didn't publicly thank the Tech softball program in her announcement that she was transferring to Oklahoma State. Maybe she thanked the Tech softball program privately? I don't know. Like I said then, I wish her the best of luck at OSU (unless she pitches vs. Tech) and hope she gets the job of her dreams when she graduates from there. Carrie gave her all to Tech's softball program during her 3 years in Blacksburg and represented us well on the field and in the classroom.
