This one checks most of the boxes


Short walk to the Mall, price is right up against your ceiling, Metro steps away, very safe area, and the new Wharf area which is packed with restaurants is also a short walk away.

One downside, you'd be very near my workplace.

PS: This hotel was very recently refurbished. Haven't been in a room but the lobbies, bar, and restaurant are definitely upgraded.
