Very much an introvert and hate, hate, hate networking in a traditional sense. But I can relate to people and people seem to trust me to do the right thing and get things done. I say that to tell you that you don’t have to be the tradition “talker” or social butterfly. The most important thing to remember is that someone telling you “no” is not a reflection on who you are as a person.
