When Howard was at 197.....


I felt he needed to work at transforming his body. When he dropped to 184 he looked good and felt good. I still thought he could drop some more weight BUT 10 lbs is a lot not to mention the ANGUISH of having to constantly weigh in at that lower weight. If Cody can manage the 174 weight I believe he'll exceed expectations!!!
