Think he felt the pressure to copy border states...


and the order is still talking out of both sides. Stay home, but non-essential businesses can still stay open, Virginians can recreate which includes golfing, hiking, etc. I know businesses need/want to stay open as much as possible, but if we're really concerned about staying in place shouldn't we be closing more things? And, how does we justify closing one type of business for example barbershops and salons and letting others stay open with the same exposure risk?

Don't think this is going to help the current problem at all.
