Most real estate sites aren't basing their school ratings on user entries.

The one's I've seen have had school ratings from other website such as Great Schools, Bestschools.org or Niche, etc., and those sites do their ratings based on things like graduation rates, standardized test scores, AP participation, etc., but probably lean most on standardized test scores.

IE, what percent of the kids are reading and doing math at or above their grade level? What percent aren't.
