I've had pork loins come out REALLY TASTY using it, and turkey tenderloins.

Also very good for frozen french fries and onion rings, but remember to keep opening it and shaking every 3 minutes or so, and do a taste test when you think it's close to pull them out.

It's really just a small / contained convection oven, so the loins I mentioned cook much faster than in the oven, while still giving a different flavor than, for example, the instant pot.
