I am doing the same, but my health habit started with the keto diet 4 years


ago. I do an intense workout at home (jumping rope, treadmill, stepper, and light weights) for an hour, 3 days a week. My overall cholesterol has dropped, especially my bad cholesterol and triglycerides. Blood pressure is now 110/65 too.
