Nada for me going on 7 yrs. now due to health issues....


....I'm 67 and from in the span of a couple of years had a mild stroke , was diagnosed with Lymphoma while in the hospital for that and then had a mild heart attack a couple of years later. Throw in a gall bladder removal , an afib ablation , and cataract surgery on both eyes in the meantime and you can see why I also abstain. No alcohol , no caffeine...just exercise and diet for me.
