Expect more home&homes, less neutral site games - Mandel Mailbag


It's on the Athletic, about 1/2 way down the post.

Summary - Blue Blood programs see more profit in home&homes with other blue bloods.

Games with G5 opponent aren't as profitable, due to appearance fees over $1million, along with poorer ticket sales due to uncompetitive opponent.

Side effect will be fewer blue bloods in neutral site kickoff games. The games will go on, but with second or third tier P5 team
