Seems overkill to me respectfully


I have a runny nose today actually. I have these (because of allergies) about 80-100 days a year. I also have diarrhea (I think because I am trying to lose weight, changed diet and am drinking about a gallon and 1/2 of water where I used to do a glass) but also have irritable bowel syndrome.

Now, I feel fine and know of absolutely zero cases in my social/family groups. Mind you, I go out daily, social distanced and wash hands frequently.

It seems crazy for me to isolate myself for something that literally would happen all the time pre-covid. Too much chicken little out there IMO. Do I want to get sick no. Do I think I am sick no. Do I want to get others sick no. I can't got to the doctor every 4-5 days for a test. He is a very good doctor and literally might prescribe me for Valium if I went every week.
