If you are going high end look at Vulcan.

Not their home line. We are looking at building next year and I’m looking at a used Commercial Vulcan oven/range. You can pick them up from restaurants that go out of business pretty cheep. When they are not used all day like they would be in a commercial setting they will last a long time.
