Sadly, that is true ...
First it was ventilators and that problem got fixed. Then it was testing and that problem got fixed (though some will say it isn't even though we have completed 3 times more tests than the next closest country, India, and more tests than the rest of the world combined). Then it was PPE and that problem got fixed.
So masks are the complaint du jour though it could easily flip back to opening too soon or schools or something else in short order. It will never end. Even getting a vaccine distributed in record time (which is looking more and more likely) will somehow be a failure.
