The health department in the New River Valley only considers a person as a possibly exposure to COVID if they have had at least a 15-minute encounter with an infected person while not wearing a mask and at less than 6 feet. I assume that's why we are not seeing spread in grocery / big box stores.

And, if you have about 12 hours and want to see some good in-fighting during a board meeting, last night's Montgomery County School Board meeting can provide some entertainment.
