MD is hardly falling like a rock.

Hospitalizations and infections have been creeping up the past ten days. Not as significant as the South but the biggest surge since April. Probably due to the 4th of July weekend. Seems to be plateauing in the last few days which is a good sign. Still, the Positivity rate is below 5%. Thank you Gov Hogan.
